Who is responsible

What we collect and why

Name, delivery address, email and phone (if you give it) at checkout — to deliver your order, send the receipt and tracking, and handle any claim.

Payment details are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Messages to «Ask Marina», postcards and emails — to answer you.

The country and postal code you enter for delivery prices — sent to Canada Post for the price and remembered in your own browser for your next visit.

Newsletter email — only if you subscribe; every email has an unsubscribe link (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation).

Who we share it with

Only to do the job: Stripe (payments), Canada Post (delivery), our website host, and — if we use one — the AI service that helps Marina answer chat messages. We do not sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as Canadian tax law requires (generally 6 years). Chat messages and postcards are kept no longer than needed to answer you.

Cookies and browser storage

We use your browser's storage only for small conveniences (your delivery country and postal code, chat language). No advertising trackers.
